The dictionary.com word of the day is "Shibboleth" and I'm having West Wing flashbacks. Except that I actually can't remember what that word was testing in the episode now that I think of it. I know they were using it as a password, but I don't think they were testing the refugees ability to say the "sh" sound.
Kind of got hit with the realization today that I need to stop being a twit and get serious about revising my novel. I'm going to try to have that done by the end of summer. This goal will probably produce a lot of whining/being a baby from me so I apologize for that in advance. My brain is just doing a lot of "IF NOT NOW, WHEN, YOU COOZE?"
And speaking of putting things off...I don't think I'm going to apply to the counseling masters program yet. I'll still be taking classes--this'll increase my chance of getting in next cycle anyway. But I'm sure this will elicit a lot of disappointment from my family nonetheless!
I sort of want to start watching Gossip Girl. I keep waiting for this desire to subside and...it hasn't.
